Several RFID cards per driver

You can assign several RFID cards per vehicle.

1.Prerequisites

You have added at least one RFID card in your fleet.

2.Step by step

    First, assign each RFID card to a vehicle. You can, however, also register several RFID cards per vehicle.
  2. 2.
    Then instruct your drivers to use only the RFID cards registered in the respective vehicle.
  3. 3.
    If you suspect that a driver took the wrong RFID card, write to support@depotcharge.com.

    So that we can find the session quickly, tell us the date, time, site and the card number or UID.

3.Result

Support checks in the logs which UID, that is, the technical number of the RFID card, was used to start the charging session.
