Set opening hours and availability

If you enter opening hours, fleets know exactly when they can charge at your site. We show you how to enter the opening hours for external fleets at your site in a few steps.

1.Prerequisites

You have the Admin role and have created a site.

2.Step by step

    First, switch to Depot operator at the top left and open Sites in the sidebar.
  2. 2.
    Select the site you want to edit and then switch to the Site preview tab.
  3. 3.
    Click Edit at the top right to open the same form as for Add site.
  4. 4.
    Under Opening hours for external fleets, select Open 24/7 or Has opening hours.

    With Has opening hours, activate the days of the week on which the site is open and then enter the times for each day.

    If fleets may charge at your site overnight, also tick Overnight charging permitted under Site facilities.

    Finally, save your changes.

3.Result

In the site preview, you now see the times for each weekday in the Opening hours area.

4.Note

As soon as fleets click your site on the map, they see the opening hours and the charging points with their status, and can thus tell whether a charging point is free or occupied.

You can also temporarily deactivate individual charging points. To do so, open Sites in the sidebar, select the site and switch to the Charging points tab.

There, select the charging point and then deactivate the connection in the Connectivity tab. However, the charging point then has to be connected again when it is put back into operation.
