Add an agreement
With an agreement offer, you define which fleets may charge at your sites and at which tariff. You can also offer the ASTAG charge community a special price, a so-called community tariff.
1.Prerequisites
Create a site and a tariff beforehand, because without both the offer cannot be saved.
2.Step by step
- 1.First, open Agreements in the sidebar and switch to the Agreement offers tab.
- 2.Click Add agreement at the top right to open a window on the right that guides you through the entries in three steps.
- 3.Under Name, enter a name by which you can easily recognise the offer later.
Since community offers are not marked separately for fleets, it is worth naming the community in the name of an offer for the community, for example “ASTAG internal agreement”.
- 4.Under Fleet partners, specify who can use the offer.
- All fleets directs the offer to all current and future fleet organisations, so that new fleets also see it automatically.
This option is suitable if your site should be open to every fleet on the platform.
- Selected fleets directs the offer only to fleet organisations that you select yourself and is suitable for individual conditions, for example for a regular partner with their own bilaterally agreed price.
- Community fleets directs the offer to all fleets of the ASTAG charge community and is suitable if you want to offer special prices to the members of the community.
- 5.Then use Acceptance mode to determine how fleets accept the offer.
- Immediate acceptance allows every eligible fleet to accept the offer itself and charge straight away, without you having to approve anything.
- Approve requests lets fleets apply for access, so that you review each request and approve or reject it.
You then find open requests in the Requested agreements tab.
- 6.Then click Next.
- 7.In the Tariff assignment step, select under Standard tariff the tariff that should apply at all your sites.
For an offer for the community, select your community tariff here.
- 8.If you want to offer a different price at one site, activate the site's switch under Individual site tariffs and select the Site tariff.
It applies to all connectors of the site and replaces the standard tariff there.
- 9.Click Next again.
- 10.In the Review step, check the name, fleet partners, acceptance mode and the selected tariffs once more.
You do not need to change the CDR billing relevance, because regular charging sessions are automatically recorded as billable, where a CDR is the data record of a charging session.
- 11.Finally, click Publish.
If you still want to correct something, go back one step with Back, or save the current state with Save draft and continue later.
3.Result
The offer appears in the Agreement offers tab, and as soon as a fleet accepts it, it becomes an active agreement in the Active agreements tab.
4.Note
You can edit or withdraw agreement offers at any time, whereas active agreements can only be terminated.
For each agreement, the tariff you have set in exactly that agreement always applies, even if an offer for All fleets also exists at the same site. This is how you set bilateral prices and distinguish between members of the ASTAG charge community and regular Depotcharge users.
