No, all prices shown are exclusive of VAT, as the note All prices excl. VAT in the agreement details also indicates. In the tariff, the depot operator enters the net energy price per kWh and the VAT rate, with the tax rate and currency determined by the country of the site.

On top of this comes the ASTAG charge service fee, which is CHF 0.025 per kWh for ASTAG members and CHF 0.04 per kWh for non-members who charge at Swiss sites and is also stated as a net amount.
