How do I get an agreement with a site?

You get an agreement directly via the map in the Hub by opening Map in the sidebar and clicking the site you want. If the offer applies to all fleets, click View agreement offer and then Accept agreement.

Alternatively, you can also find the offers under Agreements in the Agreement offers tab. As a member of the ASTAG charge community, you also see offers there that depot operators have published specifically for the community, with special prices, the community tariffs.

These offers are not marked separately, but you can often recognise them by the name of the agreement, for example “ASTAG internal agreement”. The tariff of the agreement you accept always applies.

The depot operator determines whether the agreement applies immediately. With Immediate acceptance, you can charge straight away, whereas with Approve requests the depot operator reviews your request first and then accepts or rejects it.

If the offer applies only to selected fleets and your fleet is not one of them, click Express interest and state your planned usage there. The depot operator then receives a notification and can add your fleet, which, incidentally, also works for sites with the status Planned.

If the depot operator does not respond, it is best to use the contact details stored for the site, because there is currently no fixed deadline for the decision. Please note that you cannot charge at third-party sites without an agreement.
