When and how do I receive my payout?

Depotcharge, the operator of the platform behind ASTAG Charge, pays your earnings to your company once a month, and the amount depends on the quantity charged and your tariff. For the payout to work, enter VAT ID number, IBAN and BIC in your company.

You always receive your money from Depotcharge and not from the fleets, because Depotcharge bears the risk of non-payment.

For this, Depotcharge issues a credit note to your company, as the following sample credit note shows.

The credit note amount corresponds to your net tariff, IBAN and BIC for the payout are shown on it, and page 2 lists the charging sessions by fleet operator.
