What happens if my charging station is offline?

If your station is offline, it has no connection to ASTAG charge, and the cause is usually the SIM card, the router or load management. Charging sessions that take place during the outage are synchronised afterwards once the station is back online, so you are still paid for every kWh.

The linked article explains how to check the connection.
