How can I agree bilateral prices?

You agree bilateral prices, which apply only between you and specific fleets, entirely on your own in the portal, without needing support for it.

To do this, open Agreements in the sidebar, click Add agreement and select one of the following options under Fleet partners.

• All fleets applies to every fleet on ASTAG charge.
• Selected fleets applies only to fleets that you select yourself and is therefore usually the right choice for bilateral prices.
• Community fleets applies to all fleets of the ASTAG charge community and is suitable if you want to offer the members of the community a special price, a community tariff.

Then select the Acceptance mode and the tariff, where you can also set a separate site tariff, provided you have created it beforehand.

The tariff you set for the respective agreement always applies, even if an offer for All fleets exists at the same site. Since community offers are not marked separately for fleets, it is best to name the community in the agreement name, for example “ASTAG internal agreement”.

Other fleets do not see the offer, because only you and the selected fleets see the agreement and its details.
